GLOBAL SHIPPING

Savannahs.com delivers to more than 150 countries. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Russia, Mexico, Croatia or Indonesia.

We aim to dispatch all orders the following business day if placed before 12 PM CET. During busy periods such as sale, promotion and public holidays please allow extra time for delivery. Your order will be dispatched once payment has been approved and the delivery/billing address has been verified.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Delivery estimates can are only to be used a guideline and commences from the date of dispatch. The delivery estimates do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and destination customs clearance processes. 

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched and all orders require a signature upon delivery.

If you have not received your order within 10 days from dispatch, you should contact our customer services team via info@savannahs.com stating your order number and address used on the order.

P.O, APO, FPO, DPO Boxes

Due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to ship to post office, APO, FPO and DPO boxes. We recommend providing a suitable shipping address where a signature on delivery can be obtained.

 

SHIPPING & INSURANCE

INSURANCE

Savannahs.com insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the address specified when placing your order. A signature is required at the delivery address, at which point the responsibility of your purchase is transferred to you. It’s important to note your signature is acceptance of the condition that your order has arrived in.

 

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

Your delivery address cannot be changed or redirected under any circumstances once your order has been placed.

Please ensure that you have entered a delivery address where a signature can be obtained during the day between Monday-Friday.

If you have made a mistake or wish to change your delivery address, please contact us at info@savannahs.com within 15 minutes of placing your order, we will make every effort to update the details however this is not always guaranteed. 

 

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

If your order is not successfully delivered to your address due to the information you have provided, such as incorrect telephone number, or misspelt address, unavailable at the address or non-compliance with import regulations, your order is at risk of being returned to Savannahs.com at your expense. In this case, the factual costs of shipping and return will be deducted from your refund.

Savannahs cannot be responsbile for errors that occur with your delivery due to the information you have provided.

Savannahs.com aims to make shopping online easy. You can enjoy Duty-Free shopping to over 70 countries on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. Prices shown at checkout for all DDP countries are inclusive of all local duties and taxes. 

Prices shown to countries on the Delivery Duty Unpaid list are displayed without taxes and are subject to local taxation at import. The Duty and Taxes on your order will be billed separately by the local courier company. Customs policies vary between countries and we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

    If you need to return an order and your country is not listed, please contact info@savannahs.com within ten days from the date of delivery of your order. Please include your Order Number, item(s) to be returned, and specify whether you wish to receive a refund or an exchange with the prefered size.

    A customer service representative will contact you within 2-3 business days confirming that a DHL collection has been booked for you.

    Within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation of your booking, DHL will email your prepaid DHL labels and any additional documents you may need to return your items.

    During busy periods such as sale and promotion please allow extra days to receive your return documents - this will not affect your return period.

    Returns should be shipped within 3 days from receiving the return instructions and documents from DHL. Items returned without the correct use of the printed documents will not be accepted. Correctly and timely returned and unused items will be credited as either a refund or exchange and shipping fees will not be refunded.

    Items must be packaged securely and returned in a shipping box, returns that are sent without a shipping box will be rejected

We currently offer free returns on all orders, however, Savannahs reserves the right to deduct the factual costs of shipping and returns if we notice an unusual pattern on your account. This will be communicated prior to the return being accepted by our team and we may investigate and take action.

REFUNDS 

  • We aim to process and issue refunds within 14 days after we have received your return.
  • A return notification will be emailed once we have processed your return and issued a refund.
  • Processing time may vary between card companies. Refunds for orders placed with a credit card will appear on your next billing statement after a minimum of 30 days from the date of the refund.
  • All sales taxes will be refunded to orders that were shipped to a destination on a DDP basis.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund local duties and taxes for orders that were shipped to a destination on a DDU basis. 

EXCHANGES

  • Items can only be exchanged for the same style and cannot be changed for a different colour, heel height, or style. 
  • An exchange is subject to availability of the requested size at the time your return order is received and exchange is processed. 
  • We will do our best to ensure your exchange request is fulfilled, however, should the requested size not be available, a full refund including shipping costs will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • To guarantee the availability of your exchange, it is recommended to place a new order for the desired size.
  • Savannahs.com allows one exchange per order, based on stock availability. If you would like to return your exchanged order, you can return your order a second time however a gift certificate will be issued. 

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

  • Gift Certificates are not returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • If you wish to return an item that was paid for with a Gift Certificates, the order will be reimbursed in the form of a new Gift Certificate in full.
  • If an item that was paid for partly with a Gift Certificates is returned, you will be refunded on your credit card up to the amount of your initial card payment and the remaining amount will be reimbursed as a Gift Certificates.
  • If your order total is less than the value of the Gift Certificates, the remaining balance will remain on the Gift Certificates to used against subsequent orders prior to its expiration date.
  • Savannahs.com is not responsible for Gift Certificates that have been lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
  • Gift Certificates expire after 5 years from the date of delivery. The expiration date can be found on the virtual Gift Certificate.
  • A Gift Certificate is only valid in a country with the respective currency stated on the Gift Certificate. Gift Certificates cannot be used if a different currency applies. 

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RETURNS

Savannahs.com wants you to have an easy shopping experience. The below return instruction should be followed in order to avoid any issues when returning your order:

  • Items returned must not have been worn or altered in any way
  • Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked.
  • All shoes must be tried on for fit and size on a clean, carpeted surface only until you are sure that you wish to keep them. 
  • Items must be returned with all the original packaging and accessories, including the original shoe box, dust bag and heel taps.
  • Please ensure that you return the shoes in the same way as which they were delivered with the heels facing the walls of the shoebox.
  • Shoe and accessory boxes are not suitable as shipping boxes and your order must be returned in the same shipping box your order was shipped in. If the original shipping box is damaged, please contact customer services prior to your return at info@savannahs.com. You may then use a similar size box to return your item(s).
  • All returns to Savannahs.com must be sent from the original shipment location.

Savannahs.com reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or have not been sent using the return documents provided upon request of a return. 

Savannahs.com will not accept returned merchandise that does not follow the Returns Policy. In this case, such merchandise will be returned to the sender at the original shipment address. 

 

FORCE MAJEURE

Savannahs.com will not be held responsible for consequences beyond its control, including but not limited to strike, war, sabotage, catastrophes, extreme market situations, government actions, criminal activities, major accidents, or blockades.
