Savannahs.com delivers to more than 150 countries around the world through our courier Federal Express. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Russia, Mexico, Croatia or Indonesia.
We aim to confirm and dispatch all orders within 1 business day. Your order will be dispatched once payment has been approved and the delivery/billing address as been verified.

Estimated purchase confirmation time is only a guideline, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day with the exception of sale periods where this may take longer. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched and orders require a signature upon receipt.
Savannahs.com aims to make shopping online easy. That’s why we ship to 52 countries on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. Prices shown at check-out for all DDP countries are all inclusive of local duties and taxes.

All other countries that are not listed above are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Prices shown for these countries are subject to local taxation at import which will be billed separately by the courier company. Custom policies vary between countries. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
If you need to return an order for any reason, please contact email@example.com within 10 days from the date of delivery. Please include your Order Number, name of the item(s) to be returned, and state whether you wish to receive a size exchange, store credit, or refund.
A customer service representative will contact you with return instructions and documents within 2 business days. Please ship your return within 3 days from receiving the return instructions and documents. Items returned without the correct use of these printed documents will not be accepted.
Returns must be picked up by FedEx within 3 days of receiving the Return Instruction Email.
• If you need to return your order for any reason, you may return for a full refund. We aim to process and issue refunds within 5 business days after we have received your return.
• You will be notified by email once we have received your return and issued a full refund for each item returned from your order.
• Refunds for orders placed with a credit card will appear on the client’s next billing statement after a minimum of 30 days from the date of the refund.
• Processing time for may vary between credit card companies.
• All sales taxes will be refunded to orders that were shipped to a destination on a DDP basis.
• Unfortunately, we cannot refund local duties and taxes for orders that were shipped to a destination on a DDU basis.
• If you have requested a store credit for your return, you will receive an email with a store credit code that can be used at the ‘Do you have a voucher’ section at check-out.
• A store credit can be used on a future order up to one year upon receiving your store credit code upon return.
• A store credit may be used on more than one order if the order total is less than the value of the store credit. To check your remaining balance, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
• Items can be exchanged only when a different size is available.
• Exchanges must be for the same style, colour, and heel height.
• Savannahs.com offers one exchange per order. If you are still not happy with your exchange, you can return your order a second time and a store credit will be issued.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RETURNS
Savannahs.com wants to you to have an easy online shopping experience which is why we suggest you read the following important notes to avoid any problems when returning an order.
• Any security tag must still be intact and attached to all returned items.
• Items returned must not have been worn or altered in any way and must not show any signs of use.
• Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
• All shoes must be tried on a clean, carpeted surface.
• Items must be returned with all the original packaging and accessories.
• Please ensure that you return the shoes in the same way as which they were delivered with the heels facing the walls of the shoebox.
• All items must be returned in their original boxes which must not be damaged, altered, or used in any way.
• All shoe and accessory boxes are not suitable as shipping boxes. Please use the same shipping box your order was shipped in when returning an order.
• All authorized returns from Savannahs.com must be sent from the destination country of the original shipment
• To ensure that your free return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend that you send your ordered item(s) to us in the original outer packaging provided. Using any other shipping box may result in extra shipping fees that will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Savannahs.com reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or have not been sent using the return documents provided upon request of return.
Savannahs.com will not accept returned merchandise that does not follow the Terms and Conditions of the returns policy. In this case, such merchandise will be returned to the sender at the original shipment address.
Savannahs.com will not be held responsible for consequences beyond its control, including but not limited to strike, war, sabotage, catastrophes, extreme market situations, government actions, criminal activities, major accidents, or blockades.
If you have received a damaged parcel, immediately report it to the courier that delivered the parcel to you. Damages found later should be reported to email@example.com. Please note that damages to the goods occurring during return transit from you to Savannahs.com due to negligent packaging or lack of co-operation with our Terms and Conditions are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you have reason to believe that your order has not been delivered, delivered to an incorrect address, or lost; please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we cannot locate your package or our shipping partner FedEx claims that it has been delivered, we will open up an investigation.
In such cases, a full investigation with FedEx must be completed before issuing any refund or replacement. Savannahs.com reserves the right to deny a claim if Savannahs.com and FedEx have succeeded in their responsibility to deliver the package to the correct address and/or the customer has not succeeded in their responsibility in providing a correct and/or occupied address.
In cases where the package has been shipped to a corporate address, Savannahs.com will not be held responsible if packages are lost after delivery to the corporation and a signature has been collected.
