ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
By placing an order at Savannahs.com, you agree that you are a minimum of 18 years old or have the permission of a parent/guardian. You formally enter into a sales agreement by ordering goods from Savannahs.com. All of our products are kept in stock for immediate dispatch.
To ensure that we can offer you the best service and avoid delays, please ensure that your contact details are filled in correctly. Savannahs.com is not is not liable for any miscommunication or failed delivery due to incorrect contact information.
Registered members can update and change their contact and delivery information by logging in and going to ‘MY ACCOUNT’. Non-registered members and registered members who have recently placed an order with incorrect or out of date information should contact email@example.com immediately. Information cannot be changed on an order once it has been dispatched.
Savannahs.com reserves the right to cancel orders upon our own discretion and without reason. A notification email will be sent if an order is cancelled for any reason to the email address provided upon the placement of the order. No money will be charged, however, please note that it may take a few days for the amount to be credited back onto the original payment method depending on your bank.
Savannahs.com will not be held responsible for consequences beyond its control, including but not limited to strike, war, sabotage, catastrophes, extreme market situations, government actions, criminal activities, major accidents, or blockades.
Estimated purchase confirmation time is a guideline only and does not account for possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day with the exception of sale periods which may take longer.
Estimated delivery times are a guideline only and commence from the date of dispatch. Savannahs.com is not responsible for delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. If you have no received your order within 10 days from dispatch, you should contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Correctly and timely returned and unused items will be credited as a refund, store credit, or exchange. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
Your delivery address cannot be changed or packages redirected under any circumstances once your order has been dispatched and/or a Shipping Confirmation has been sent. Please ensure that you have entered a delivery address where a signature can be obtained during the day between Monday-Friday. If you have made a mistake or wish to change your delivery address, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible and before your order has been dispatched. Orders that have been dispatched to an incorrect or vacant address, are at risk of being returned to Savannah’s at your expense.
If your order is not successfully delivered to your address due to a lack of co-operation (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations), the package is at risk of being returned to Savannahs.com at your expense. In this case, the factual costs of shipping and return will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
If you have reason to believe that your order has not been delivered, delivered to an incorrect address, or lost; please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we cannot locate your package or our shipping partner FedEx claims that it has been delivered, we will open up an investigation.
In such cases, a full investigation with FedEx must be completed before issuing any refund or replacement. Savannahs.com reserves the right to deny a claim if Savannahs.com and FedEx have succeeded in their responsibility to deliver the package to the correct address and/or the customer has not succeeded in their responsibility in providing a correct and/or occupied address.
In cases where the package has been shipped to a corporate address, Savannahs.com will not be held responsible if packages are lost after delivery to the corporation and a signature has been collected.
If you have received a damaged parcel, immediately report it to the courier that delivered the parcel to you. Damages found later should be reported to email@example.com. Please note that damages to the goods occurring during return transit from you to Savannahs.com due to negligent packaging or lack of co-operation with our Terms and Conditions are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Savannahs.com and our represented brands aim to offer you the highest quality goods. However, if you have reason to believe that you have received a faulty product, please read the following information:
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Goods that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please report any damages to delivered goods no later than seven days after delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In your email, state your order number and the reason for your claim.
Savannahs.com reserves the right to ask for photographic evidence of the damage and to deny claims that do not meet the criteria stated above. If your claim is accepted, you will receive instructions and documents on how to return the goods.
Savannahs.com reserves the right to repair or replace faulty goods before a refund is issued.
You can place an order online using a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Your security is important to us which is why our card payment service is using the latest security technology from the banks to ensure your information is kept secure.

YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We understand that your personal data is sensitive information. When registering as a member or placing an order at Savannahs.com, the volunteered personal data is registered on our secure server. This data is only used in our relationship as supplier and customer and is never revealed to a third party, unless you agree to do so. In cases of suspected fraud and/or other criminal activity, information may be revealed to the police or other concerned authorities.
FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS
For your security, first time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address or a corporate work address that we are able to verify independently. Please ensure that your delivery address and name matches the cardholder’s billing address to avoid delays to your order.
Savannahs.com will not be held responsible for any printing errors on this or any other page at Savannahs.com. We aim to represent all products as realistically as possible, however, we cannot guarantee that all photographs and descriptions are fully correct.
Savannahs.com reserves the right to make changes to its inventory and to remove products from its inventory before an order has been accepted.
Savannah.com reserves the right to adjust prices and informational errors before as well as after processing an order.
We want you to be satisfied with your order. Product photographs are taken in a professionally lit studio and are the best possible representation of the products colour. Savannahs.com is not held responsible if the colour differences represented on different monitor displays, devices, and settings. Savannahs.com recommends that customers refer to the designer colour name or code in the product description (when applicable). Please also note that designer colours may vary between styles and materials.
We want you to give the best gift experience, and therefore advise that you take a look at our Gift Card terms and conditions before purchasing a Savannahs.com Virtual Gift Card.
• Gift Cards can be used to purchase any item available at Savannahs.com – except for additional Gift Cards – prior to its expiration date.
• Gift Cards are not returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• If you wish to return an item that was paid for with a Gift Card, the total amount with be reimbursed onto the Gift Card.
• If you wish to return an item that was paid for partly with a Gift Card, you will be refunded on your credit card up to the amount of your initial card payment and the remaining amount will be reimbursed onto the Gift Card.
• If your order total is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will remain on the Gift Card to used against subsequent orders prior to its expiration date.
• If your order total exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining purchase value will be presented at check-out. All remaining balances exceeding the value of your Gift Card must be paid by a credit or debit card, subsequent gift cards, or a store credit.
• Gift Cards will be emailed once the order has been processed and payment has been taken. An email will also be sent to the sender as confirmation of dispatch.
• Savannahs.com is not liable for the delivery of a Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the information is correct.
• Savannahs.com is not responsible for Gift Cards that have been lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
• Savannahs.com reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if such action is deemed to be necessary due to legal reasons or misuse. You will be contacted upon cancellation by Savannahs.com in the case of a cancellation.
• Gift cards expire after 5 years from the date of delivery. The expiration date can be found on the virtual Gift Card.
• A Gift Card is only valid in a country with the respective currency stated on the Gift Card. Gift Cards cannot be used if a different currency applies.
